delivery in australia

we offer a flat rate delivery of $10 per order.

your goodies will be dispatched within 48hrs of receiving payment and delivered, by australia post, to your door within 1-3 days (9.00 am and 5.00 pm monday to Friday - except public holidays).

outside capital cities and major regional centres may take an extra day. very remote locations will take longer.

if no-one is available to accept the delivery, they will leave a card to make an alternative time for delivery.

should your order be larger than standard, therefore incurring additional postage costs, you will be contacted prior to dispatch to confirm postage charges payable.

orders are shipped via Australia Post Registered Post International, Australia Post Express Post International or Courier.

generally orders will be receive within 3 - 10 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.

items shipped internationally are insured against loss or damage and this cost is included in your shipping quote.

international customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes.

posting large items

wherever possible, we will send bulky items in their original box. in the event that the box is too big to send, we will post them in our beautiful "we love shopping" bag. sending cumbersome boxes means bigger postage charges for you and, in keeping with tiny threads' philosophy; we want your shopping experience to be cheap and cheery..

damaged / faulty goods

all items sent by tiny threads are checked and packaged with love. in the unlikely event that an item is damaged / broken in transit please contact us immediately. faulty goods must be returned with labels intact for an exchange.

refunds

sorry, postage is not refundable on any return of goods.
